Platform Delivery Lead

Location: US, Herndon; remote and hybrid work options indicated.

Salary: $82,000–$131,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery from concept and planning through execution and launch.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success measures.
• Build and maintain program plans, timelines, dependency maps, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate technical discussions, clarify decisions, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track progress and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommended actions to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience managing complex technical programs, including 2+ years of specialized or industry experience.
• Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or application development.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-informed decisions and proactive risk management.
• Bachelor of Science in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
