Director, Transformational Change Management & Communication

Location: Remote within the continental United States

Salary: $118,400–$219,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive communication and change management strategies supporting enterprise transformation initiatives across health plan, product, shared services, and HR talent portfolios.
• Lead structured change management activities across multiple functions and transformational priorities.
• Build leadership alignment, stakeholder awareness, employee adoption, organizational readiness, and sustained change.
• Integrate change management, including training development and deployment, into project plans with project teams.
• Drive leadership development, culture, and collaboration in partnership with the culture team and business leaders.
• Contribute to the transformation Center of Excellence by applying change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in change management.
• 5+ years of project management experience, communications experience, or a combination of both.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be based within the continental United States.
