Director, Head of Hardlines, Licensing & Extended Line

Location: Copenhagen Hub - Løvstræde, with an average of 3 days per week in the office under the hybrid work policy

What you will do

• Create and drive the Hardlines strategy and category roadmap with key stakeholders.
• Grow and optimize the product portfolio through innovation and portfolio management.
• Own licensing partner relationships and support long-term commercial success.
• Work with creative, product development, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality product assortments.
• Expand the category across priority markets and key retail partners.
• Build and develop the newly formed Hardlines team and participate in the Licensing & Extended Line Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Proven outbound licensing experience with a strong focus on Hardlines, ideally in a global environment.
• Experience building category strategies and roadmaps that deliver commercial results.
• Experience developing premium brands through licensing partnerships.
• Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder networks in matrix organizations.
• Experience directing teams toward shared business and category goals.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing commercial performance and identifying market opportunities.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
