Clinical Advisor, Dental Solutions (m/f/x)*

Location: Field-based in Denmark or Norway; travel may include 50–70% domestic and international travel across Denmark and Norway.

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams on joint customer activities, growth priorities, key accounts, and dental service organizations.
• Deliver education on the safe and effective use of dental products through lectures, webinars, hands-on sessions, congresses, summits, academies, universities, and association events.
• Develop sales team product knowledge, support new-hire training, and share insights about competitors, claims, and activities.
• Identify and support strategic healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and influencers.
• Ensure customer education, KOL interactions, and external activities follow local and regional compliance standards and approved content requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in dentistry, dental hygiene, dental technology, dental studies, or a related field.
• Native-level Danish or Norwegian, written and spoken, plus strong written and verbal English.
• Strong knowledge of dental solutions and the ability to deliver clinical education, product training, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions.
• Public speaking, presentation, confident communication, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience delivering clinical education, product training, webinars, lectures, hands-on sessions, or demonstrations in a dental environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship.
