Junior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations including Florida, Ohio, California, Illinois, Texas, Michigan, New York, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

What you will do

• Own a defined product area, including its backlog, release notes, and success metrics.
• Translate product direction into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications.
• Participate in and progressively lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Analyze product data and prepare reporting to support prioritization decisions.
• Work with Clinical Operations, Patient Relations, Provider Engagement, Engineering, and Data and AI teams to understand usage and prioritize improvements.
• Validate releases before launch, monitor outcomes, and maintain product documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product management or an adjacent role such as business analysis, technical program management, product operations, or QA.
• Clear and precise written communication across time zones.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and product analytics tools and interpret product data.
• Ability to hold technical discussions with engineers and understand what is being built.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, oncology, or clinical trial operations.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or mCODE.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable delivery tools.
• Technical background or previous experience as an engineer, data analyst, or clinical data specialist.
• Experience working in distributed teams across time zones.
