What you will do

• Own the COB product end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, and financial performance.
• Define the vision for AI-native COB, transforming overlap detection, primacy determination, and claims recovery.
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into requirements for Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure product-market fit and operational viability at scale.
• Collaborate with Design to create impactful interfaces and workflows that drive analyst productivity.
• Measure and optimize recovery yield, accuracy, and efficiency through product analytics and KPIs.

Requirements

• Extensive Product Management experience delivering complex software in AI/ML, data-intensive, or healthcare domains.
• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, from strategy to business outcomes.
• Technical depth and comfort with data pipelines, rules engines, and AI/ML systems.
• Experience partnering with operations or domain-expert teams to build real-world products.
• Strong design partnership skills and UX sensibility.
• Must be based in the US.
