Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, execution, go-to-market, financial performance, and client outcomes.
• Transform high-friction healthcare workflows through AI and automation.
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into requirements for Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Partner with Operations to validate product-market fit and operational scalability.
• Collaborate with Design to create interfaces and workflows that improve user productivity and client outcomes.
• Define product analytics and KPIs, optimize accuracy and efficiency, and align Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Client Success.

Requirements

• Extensive Product Management experience delivering complex software products in AI/ML, data-intensive, or healthcare domains.
• Experience owning product strategy, execution, and business outcomes end to end.
• Track record of balancing short-term product wins with long-term platform investments.
• Experience partnering with Operations or domain experts to build products for real-world use.
• Strong design partnership skills, UX sensibility, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Technical depth with data pipelines, rules engines, and AI/ML systems; engineering experience is a plus.
