Product Manager II (AI)

Location: New York City, New York; hybrid work with attendance in the Financial District office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: $143,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity eligibility and benefits

What you will do

• Develop the roadmap and scalable approaches for ingesting and processing client data.
• Own the experience of connecting client data and making it available for member payments and client reporting.
• Work with internal teams, employers, and integration partners to understand pain points and develop product ideas.
• Drive product and feature development from ideation through launch.
• Build prototypes and ship minor features end to end.
• Define success metrics and ensure data is available to measure outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally with data platforms, integrations, or infrastructure products.
• Experience with data ingestion, file-based data exchange, and collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical fluency with data pipelines, basic SQL, prototyping, and end-to-end feature delivery.
• At least one year of experience working in an AI-forward development environment.
• Must be willing to work from the New York City office three days per week.
