Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Product (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; travel up to 50% is required to engage with mission owners and deliver capabilities in the field.

What you will do

• Own mission problems end to end, from understanding user workflows and defining requirements through design, implementation, deployment, and sustainment.
• Architect and build products deployed directly into customer environments for mission-critical use cases.
• Write substantial production code across the stack while improving product capabilities, performance, and scalability.
• Work with users, senior technical stakeholders, engineers, product designers, and mission domain experts to deliver complex software features.
• Integrate solutions with government IT ecosystems and ensure compliance with security, operational, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to government-facing technical artifacts, including RFIs, RFPs, Statements of Work, and white papers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres, caching technologies such as Redis, object storage such as S3, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Experience developing and deploying software compliant with the DoD Risk Management Framework.
• Experience interfacing with government-owned IT systems and working with government IT and program offices on requirements, architecture, and integrations.
• Experience working with end users to define mission requirements, conduct user testing, and gather product feedback.
• Active U.S. TS security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
