What you will do
- Own the strategic roadmap and goal-setting cycle across functions and markets.
- Manage monthly and quarterly performance reviews, coordinating reporting with markets, functions, and Delivery Hero.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives, build business cases and financial models, and support investment decisions.
- Prepare analysis and materials for earnings calls, board meetings, annual reports, investor presentations, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead competitive intelligence, market benchmarking, and complex data analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead CEO-sponsored, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution and change management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, strategy, or strategy and operations within a fast-paced consumer technology, e-commerce, or marketplace business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial-modeling skills, including the ability to build and defend business cases.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Executive presence and the ability to represent the CEO Office independently before senior business and group stakeholders.
- Genuine fluency with modern AI/GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and agentic workflows.

- Master’s degree.
- Experience with emerging technology-led initiatives and growth strategies.
