What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of complex international Corporate Architecture projects from concept development through execution and handover.
• Manage projects across offices, fairs, retail spaces, showrooms, and events.
• Define objectives, governance, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, architects, agencies, suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
• Oversee design development, technical planning, tendering, procurement, approvals, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Establish project governance, reporting, performance indicators, risk mitigation, and portfolio recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, business administration, international economics, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in project and portfolio management within Corporate Architecture, retail development, construction, events, or a comparable international environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional and international projects with responsibility for scope, budget, quality, timelines, and resources.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, cost controlling, procurement, risk management, and project governance.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and commercial decision-making skills.
• Excellent English and German language skills, plus advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA.
