HR Executive Project Manager (E-Mobility)

Total compensation: starting from €64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the CHRO’s calendar, meetings, correspondence, and strategic commitments.
• Prepare meetings, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
• Coordinate communication between the CHRO, HR teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional HR projects by monitoring milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain oversight of HR initiatives and support effective project execution.
• Contribute to HR process optimization through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Professional experience in project coordination, executive support, or HR operations in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach.
• Excellent knowledge of English and German and/or Italian.
