Technical Assistance Consultant (Healthcare Innovations)

Location: Remote within the United States or from U.S. offices in Arlington, Virginia; Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Chicago, Illinois; Sacramento, California; or Austin, Texas. U.S. territories are excluded.

Salary: $87,000–$110,000 annual USD

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and track technical assistance needs and create plans to address them.
• Develop practical resources such as memos, briefs, factsheets, checklists, templates, guides, FAQs, and case studies.
• Develop, host, and support webinars, office hours, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Design communications for newsletters, collaboration sites, public-facing websites, and other modalities.
• Facilitate discussions about participant progress, milestones, strategies, and guidance for success.
• Manage online collaboration content and interpret engagement metrics related to program activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 or more years of experience, master’s degree with 4 or more years of experience, or a doctoral degree.
• Experience designing and conducting technical assistance activities and resources for varied audiences.
• Experience developing communications and conducting qualitative data collection and analysis.
• Experience translating policy into practical information and delivering technical assistance for Medicaid programs or state Medicaid offices.
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices, integrated care delivery, and provider-level health information technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
