Client Success Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, including Florida, Ohio, California, Illinois, Texas, Michigan, New York, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts as the primary client contact.
• Lead recurring calls, business reviews, and ad-hoc requests while maintaining agendas, notes, and action items.
• Translate sponsor goals into delivery plans across Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.
• Prepare audit-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations, and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to identify quality and delivery signals affecting sponsor satisfaction.
• Track milestones and demonstrate delivered value to support account renewals.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in a sponsor- or client-facing healthcare or life sciences role with direct ownership of client relationships.
• Experience leading client meetings and business reviews, managing expectations, and driving cross-functional delivery.
• Fluent English, including real-time handling of urgent questions and clear written follow-ups.
• Strong ownership, responsiveness, attention to detail, and reporting skills using CRM, Excel, and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with oncology clinical trials and patient enrollment.
• Experience with a patient-recruitment, enrollment, or services vendor supporting pharma or biopharma sponsors.
• Education or experience in medicine, nursing, biology, pharmacology, engineering, or another life sciences field.
• Awareness of HIPAA and GDPR healthcare privacy regulations.
