What you will do

• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve technical products, services, features, and capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise, leadership, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training within Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Automate processes and create maintainable, supportable, testable solutions to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and enterprise log analysis.
• Maintain controls and documentation, support regulatory compliance, and participate in continuous improvement and communities of practice.
• Follow security, change, release, problem-management, and organizational standards and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Eight or more years of engineering or other IT work experience relevant to the position.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills and willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding and significant experience with modern software-development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies, plus expertise in one or more relevant technical or functional domains.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11 Enterprise, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management.
• Working knowledge of Citrix CVAD, Citrix DaaS/Cloud, ADC/NetScaler, Workspace, Gateway Service, and Rendezvous.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of VMware virtualization, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, storage, profile management, endpoint technologies, endpoint security, and end-user experience monitoring.
• Strong understanding of networking and authentication technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, SAML, OAuth, MFA, and FIDO2; experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with security, vulnerability management and remediation, change, release and problem management, disaster recovery, and high-availability design.
