Infrastructure Engineer - Digital Employee Experience Team

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Dallas, TX

Base salary: $86,250–$172,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using SQL, PowerShell, and 1E SCALE.
• Support Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Windows client infrastructure.
• Develop proactive insights and automation to improve end-user productivity and reduce or prevent incidents.
• Perform SQL queries and assist with reporting and data presentation in Power BI.
• Learn and apply API integration concepts for system interoperability.
• Participate in ITIL-based incident and change management, ServiceNow processes, and Zscaler configuration and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Dallas.
• Basic PowerShell scripting skills and familiarity with SQL and reporting tools.
• Understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune, with exposure to Microsoft 365 and Windows client environments.
• General understanding of ITIL principles and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree typically required, with 3+ years of relevant industry experience; an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with 1E Platform, NextThink, Systrack, desktop engineering, or IT support.
• Familiarity with automation concepts, modern workplace technologies, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, application development, or data analysis.
