Location: Hybrid, 11550 Ent Parkway, Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

Salary: $93,500–$109,000 annually, plus a 10% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain the resiliency, performance, availability, and security of production infrastructure.
• Monitor systems, resolve incidents, and support server, application, and production performance issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair Microsoft Server 2019+ operating systems and applications.
• Configure Microsoft Active Directory user groups and security controls, and manage Microsoft Office 365 and email services.
• Create scripted automations, improve support processes, and reduce human error through technology innovation.
• Participate in business continuity testing and provide infrastructure support through a 7x24 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of combined experience related to systems administration.
• Experience with systems administration, security, disaster recovery, server management, and technical deployments.
• Knowledge of security and regulatory requirements for financial institutions or other federally regulated industries.
• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills, including the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and participate in a 7x24 infrastructure support rotation.

Nice to have

• MCSE, MCSA, VMware VCP, or relevant installed-application certification.
