Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (AI)

Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S., except D.C. and Hawaii. Colorado-based employees may work remotely anywhere in Colorado, from the downtown Denver office, or in a hybrid arrangement. Candidates must live in an approved location by their first day.

Salary: $141,000–$184,000 annually, depending on relevant experience, plus eligibility for a variable annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain TypeScript-driven web applications using in-house and open-source frameworks.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions.
• Develop scalable APIs and services using React, Node, GraphQL, REST, Go, SQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and relational and NoSQL databases.
• Build and maintain a reusable component library and support third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, cross-functional teams, and DevOps on technical and release priorities.
• Lead code reviews, document technical solutions, and mentor less experienced developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications with React and strong JavaScript expertise.
• Experience designing robust and scalable APIs using GraphQL and RESTful principles.
• Familiarity with Go, Git, GitLab, CMS platforms such as WordPress, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with peer code reviews, debugging, automation, and creating custom tools.
• Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Must be located in an approved U.S. location; D.C. and Hawaii are excluded.
