Senior Technical Recruiter - Infrastructure & Data Center (AI)

Location: Remote - United States

Base compensation: $146,800–$176,200 USD per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for data center operations, IT infrastructure, engineering, technician, operations, and first-line management roles.
• Deliver hiring across multiple US regions and build talent pipelines for future data center launches.
• Partner with hiring managers on priorities, labor-market challenges, candidate availability, compensation, and competitor activity.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and agency partnerships.
• Manage interviews, offer negotiations, candidate experience, onboarding, and collaboration with Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Operations.
• Support regional hiring campaigns and workforce mobilization as new data centers become operational.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in data centers, IT infrastructure, engineering, or telecommunications.
• Experience managing multiple technical vacancies across different US regions or business areas.
• Strong sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates, and extensive stakeholder-management experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Copilot to build productivity-enhancing agents.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, ownership, and accountability.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable Applicant Tracking System; authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in data center logistics or field network deployment.
• Experience building recruiting processes in startup or hyperscale environments.
• Experience designing and sourcing recruiting events in rural markets with limited technology or data center presence.
