Team Manager – Information Architecture (AI)

Location: Lund, Sweden; onsite at the Lund HQ Campus

What you will do

• Lead a newly formed team working across information architecture and information security.
• Set the department roadmap and strategic direction with leadership and subject-matter experts.
• Take ownership of information architecture requirements and create clarity in an evolving environment.
• Collaborate with architects, managers, product owners, data owners, and senior stakeholders across business areas.
• Coach team members, develop capabilities, and support their professional growth.
• Build a scalable information governance function that supports business decisions, information protection, and AI use cases.

Requirements

• Experience leading people and developing team capability.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of information architecture.
• Ability to explain data governance and related concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Comfort working in an ambiguous, newly formed organizational environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling information governance functions in a global enterprise.
• Knowledge of data ownership models, classification and sensitivity frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across global, multi-site organizations.
• Understanding of how AI changes data structure, access, and trust requirements.
