Enterprise Architect - Technology

What you will do

• Define target architectures, architectural patterns, technology standards, and guardrails aligned with business needs.
• Guide modular, cloud-native, API-driven, event-driven, and distributed technology architectures.
• Lead technology roadmaps and pilot evaluations for new tools, platforms, frameworks, and capabilities.
• Provide architectural guidance to senior leaders, architects, and product teams from idea through implementation.
• Track and communicate measurable business and technical impact.
• Support modernization initiatives and bring validated innovations into production.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise architecture in an agile, product-led IT organization.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization programs, technology roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of modern technology platforms, cloud-based architectures, integrations, distributed systems, microservices, and containerized applications.
• Experience evaluating technologies, platforms, and architectural frameworks.
• Ability to connect technology investments with business value and long-term goals.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work from Stockholm or hirify.globalen in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Swedish.
