Territory Manager

Location: Remote in Canada, with residence required near Newmarket, Bradford, or York; travel to customer locations, including overnight travel, nights, and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $59,890–$79,850 plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build customer relationships across food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management.
• Install, maintain, repair, and provide emergency service for chemical dispensing systems and leased equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the Newmarket, Bradford, and York District.
• Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical support while maintaining safety and sustainability standards.

Requirements

• Sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-service skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications and Salesforce CRM.
• Technical skills involving plumbing and electrical components are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must reside near Newmarket, Bradford, or York and be able to travel, including overnight travel, nights, and weekends as required.

• Bachelor’s degree.
