What you will do
- Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
- Enter accurate customs and shipment data into the operational system.
- Track and trace customs files and prepare reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
- Transfer declaration information from documents into the customs entry system.
- Assist with verification and submission of customs declarations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of customs brokerage processes and customs legislation, including classification, valuation, and origin.
- Understanding of ocean, road, and air documentation processes.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Fluent English required.
