TPM Project Specialist (Color Cosmetics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

• Manage third-party manufacturer development activities from briefing through commercialization.
• Coordinate project timelines, risks, and deliverables with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support formula development, validation, testing, claims support, and technical documentation.
• Monitor technical performance and ensure quality, regulatory, and business requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Quality, R&D, and external manufacturers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in formulation or cosmetic product development.
• Strong organization, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in color cosmetics.
