Export Traffic Coordinator

Location: On-site in Cortland, New York, United States

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Coordinate and analyze traffic procedures and shipment handling for PTM and PRDC products.
• Process customer orders and manual deliveries, update shipment databases, and coordinate with carriers.
• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, SEDs, special packing lists, and other export documentation.
• Maintain accurate backup documentation and ensure shipping paperwork is completed on time.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, OSHA and environmental requirements, and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business or a related technical field.
• Three years of experience in logistics, traffic, and shipping, or four years in a related discipline.
• Dangerous Goods certification for air shipments.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements for trucking materials.
• Experience handling hazardous materials.
• Working knowledge of SAP for daily shipment processing.
