What you will do

• Build and strengthen broker relationships across the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities in the care insurance market.
• Underwrite and negotiate new business risks within delegated authority.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining underwriting discipline.
• Represent hirify.global at broker meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Share market insight and collaborate with underwriting, distribution, and operational teams to develop the Care proposition.

Requirements

• Commercial underwriting experience within the care or social welfare sector.
• Experience working with brokers and developing accounts.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, negotiation, trading, and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously across a large territory.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a growth-oriented commercial approach.
