Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom, with hiring available anywhere in the world.

What you will do

• Build dynamic user interfaces whose experiences can be composed for each customer.
• Own product features end to end, from architecture through polished production UI.
• Make AI native to the product rather than adding it as a separate chat interface.
• Create interfaces for quants making high-stakes real-time trading decisions with unpredictable data shapes.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and designers while representing the best user experience.
• Help define product direction and set a high bar for front-end craft.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web applications.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience working below front-end abstractions with ordering, consistency, and partial-failure concerns.
• Demonstrated ownership of technical and product decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, design, backend, and mobile.
• Ability to use AI agents effectively while retaining sound judgment.
