Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build AI-first customer support products that resolve complex, high-volume customer tickets.
• Own challenging engineering problems from initial idea through production.
• Develop product UI/UX, capabilities, and data models for a new customer support platform.
• Work with coding agents as a core part of the development workflow.
• Build tooling and feedback systems that improve the effectiveness of coding agents.
• Senior engineers own features end-to-end; staff-level engineers can help shape technical direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production code at a top-tier engineering organization.
• Meaningful experience shipping code at a startup or company with high engineering standards.
• Comfort working with coding agents as a real development workflow, not only as autocomplete.
• Strong engineering judgment to evaluate when generated output is ready to ship.
• Interest in novel AI problems and fast-moving product development.
• Technology knowledge of TypeScript, React, Remix, PrismaORM, NestJS, or Python is useful but not mandatory.
