Export Logistics Coordinator

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

hirify.global is a privately held, family-owned global logistics provider operating freight logistics centers across a worldwide network.

What you will do

• Communicate with overseas offices and agents about export documentation.
• Work with Incoterms and ocean freight container types, including standard, flat rack, open-top, ISO tank, bulk, and refrigerated containers.
• Prepare bills of lading, tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes, shipment alerts, and related documents.
• Transmit bill-of-lading drafts to shipping lines and LCL providers, process payments, and coordinate with customers, customs brokers, trucking companies, and freight partners.
• Use BDP SmartVU, ACE, Meridian, and internal documentation workflows.
• Oversee the overseas documentation center after mastering the workflow and complete electronic document archiving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or a trading company.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and various ocean freight container types.
• Strong English reading and writing skills for independently handling international correspondence.
