Customs Brokerage Agent (Logistics)

Salary: $25–$28 per hour, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Manage smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Enter operational and customs declaration data accurately and on time.
• Track and trace customs files and prepare reports.
• Process accurate and timely client billing.
• Interpret import and export desk procedures to fulfill customer instructions.
• Verify and submit customs declarations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of customs brokerage processes and legislation, especially classification, valuation, and origin.
• Understanding of ocean, road, and air freight documentation.
• Fluent English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, computer, and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
