Group Finance Manager (SaaS)

Nodes & Links is an AI-first SaaS company developing software to organize and prioritize work on very large infrastructure and construction projects.

What you will do

• Own month-end close and consolidated monthly management accounts across the group.
• Lead year-end close, statutory financial statements, and annual audits for the UK, US, and Cypriot entities.
• Manage UK, US, and Cyprus tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax, sales tax, payroll taxes, R&D tax relief, and transfer pricing support.
• Review group payroll covering employees, contractors, and EOR arrangements.
• Design and operate financial controls, maintain supplier onboarding compliance, and review ESG and climate reporting.
• Act as the finance team’s AI champion and line-manage, coach, and develop the Assistant Management Accountant.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or equivalent, with meaningful post-qualification experience in a hands-on accounting role.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and group consolidation.
• Experience preparing or reviewing statutory accounts and running or supporting audits.
• Experience owning a tax compliance calendar and managing external advisers.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK.
