Management Accountant (AdTech)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid schedule with office attendance Tuesday to Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday

What you will do

• Own monthly financial and management reporting for the Poland entities.
• Lead month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L reviews, and variance analysis.
• Manage bank reconciliations, employee expense approvals, payroll administration, journals, intercompany accounting, and fixed assets.
• Prepare consolidated bonus and recharge postings and oversee AP invoice coding and posting.
• Support annual accounts, audits, and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver expense training and contribute to quarter-end, year-end, and other finance projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a finance role.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Currently studying toward an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or AAT qualification.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work from the Kraków office Tuesday to Thursday is required.

• Experience with NetSuite.
