Project Manager (Google Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead the successful delivery of enterprise Google Cloud adoption and modernization engagements.
• Plan and scope projects by gathering requirements and coordinating service offerings.
• Work with executive stakeholders, customer teams, and geographically dispersed Google teams.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and advance projects through structured delivery practices.
• Build measurement systems for adoption, utilization, and proficiency, and implement corrective actions for resistance or performance gaps.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans and support collaborative co-development with customers.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders and delivery of IT implementations, transformation programs, or related initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in cloud professional services, IT consulting, or program management.
• Experience mentoring or teaching others in process, organization, change, or learning improvement methodologies.
• Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and manage enterprise-level projects rigorously.
• Comfort participating on video in internal and client meetings.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform.
