Sr. Project Manager, Platform Professional Services (Remote, GBR)

What you will do

• Manage platform services projects from pre-kickoff through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, documentation, status reports, and project artifacts.
• Coordinate with customers to gather requirements, share project updates, and manage expectations.
• Lead engineers and consultants while collaborating with sales, product, support, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and create contingency plans.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and improve future project delivery practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects, specifically in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of SIEM architecture, functionality, and implementation.
• Experience with waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong project planning, risk management, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with customers, technical teams, sales, product, and support stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Splunk, IBM QRadar, Exabeam, or LogRhythm.
• PMP or another project management certification.
• Experience with cloud-based SIEM solutions.
