Senior Director – Head of Technical Program Management

What you will do

• Lead complex, strategically important technical programs spanning multiple products, teams, and business domains.
• Build multi-year technical roadmaps connected to measurable business outcomes.
• Direct and develop a team of Technical Program Managers through coaching, performance planning, and capability building.
• Coordinate risks, dependencies, governance, delivery planning, and operating rhythms across concurrent initiatives.
• Build partnerships across engineering, product, technology, and business leadership teams.
• Establish delivery frameworks that support agility, engineering excellence, and reliable execution.

Requirements

• Experience delivering large-scale technical programs across multiple products, teams, or business domains.
• Experience leading execution across complex stakeholder landscapes and engaging senior leadership.
• Experience managing digital roadmaps aligned with strategic business outcomes.
• Experience directing program management professionals, including coaching, development, and performance planning.
• Experience applying agile software development practices in technology and software engineering environments.
• Willingness to work in the Copenhagen office an average of 3 days per week under the hybrid policy.

Nice to have

• Certifications in agile project or program management frameworks.
• Experience overseeing portfolio-level financial considerations, total cost of ownership, or value-based prioritization.
• Experience contributing to technology strategy across large product or domain portfolios.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products or marketing technology.
