Business Project Senior Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Work with Portfolio Leads and Business Owners to identify pain points and improvement opportunities in provider and operational experiences.
• Analyse and size initiative impact, support intake submissions, and help onboard relevant subject-matter experts.
• Connect experts with agile delivery and product teams throughout discovery, planning, delivery, testing, and release.
• Analyse and document business requirements and conduct process mapping and investigations to support solution design.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, discovery sessions, workshops, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor product performance and contribute to continuous improvement and agile best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process engineering, or agile delivery, with a record of successfully delivering commitments.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to assess complex business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, including meeting and workshop planning, minute taking, and action follow-up.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and delivery practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset.
• Curious, proactive, adaptable, investigative, and reliable approach to work.

Nice to have

• Experience in eligibility, claims, pre-authorization, provider networks, strategy, finance, or change management.
• Agile mindset and certification.
