Assistant Night Manager Full Time (Retail)

Location: Falls Church, VA #0351, United States; onsite overnight work with open shift availability required

What you will do

• Lead overnight merchandising execution, including display setup, pallet movement, sales-floor resets, signage, and product replenishment.
• Coordinate and support forklift operators and merchandising teams through clear communication, coaching, and hands-on leadership.
• Ensure the club is ready for morning operations and that merchandise is available in the correct quantities.
• Maintain safe operation of forklifts, refrigeration, pallet jacks, building equipment, and merchandising tools.
• Oversee inventory controls, pallet tags, Hot List completion, reporting tools, audits, safety checks, and sanitation procedures.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and support member experience, club operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Forklift operator qualification required, with annual certification maintained; training and applicable costs are covered.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Open shift availability and regular, predictable full attendance on overnight shifts are required.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds, use a pallet jack, and work around temperature extremes, loud noises, and cleaning agents.
• High school diploma, college degree, or wholesale, retail, grocery, management, forklift, or merchandising experience is preferred.
