Service Supervisor (Tire Bay)

What you will do

• Manage tire bay operations, staffing, scheduling, sales, installations, repairs, and customer service.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate tire bay team members while providing feedback and supporting development.
• Ensure safe and correct tire mounting, dismounting, rotation, balancing, equipment operation, and propane tank handling.
• Maintain tire bay cleanliness, displays, inventory, records, audits, checklists, and required certifications.
• Use business metrics and reporting to identify trends, improve performance, and support club financial targets.
• Deliver GOLD service standards and resolve member concerns while maintaining a safe, positive environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment; prior tire installation and sales experience preferred.
• Leadership, interpersonal, organizational, attention-to-detail, and basic computer skills.
• Must complete Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire; ability to lift more than 30 pounds with assistance.

Nice to have

• Level 400 certified technician qualification.
• Prior tire installation and sales experience.
