Supply Chain Manager North (W/M/X) - Permanent (Supply Chain and E-commerce): Leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations across the BNL, German, and UK markets with an accent on supplier management, logistics execution, negotiation, cost efficiency, and service levels. Focus on developing regional teams, analyzing performance KPIs, managing supply chain risks, and coordinating brands, 3PL providers, warehouses, and dropshippers.
Location: Brussels (Vorst), Belgium; hybrid workplace with up to 2 days working from home

What you will do
- Lead and develop the regional supply chain team across the BNL, German, and UK markets.
- Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships, including negotiations with brands and 3PL providers.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution from supplier coordination through final delivery.
- Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality and delivery performance.
- Define, monitor, and analyze supply chain KPIs while identifying improvement opportunities.
- Manage supply chain risks and coordinate transportation teams, warehouses, and external dropshippers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or production.
- Strong leadership experience managing operational teams.
- Proven negotiation experience with brands, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and 3PL providers.
- Knowledge of dropshipping operations, logistics, distribution networks, and supply chain regulations.
- Fluent English is required. French, Dutch, or German fluency is a strong plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce or retail supply chain environments.
- Experience in international or matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and AI automation.
