Electrical Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote-work days per year

What you will do

• Design and execute mechanical, electrical, and environmental tests for data transmission cables.
• Lead cable development, design, advanced technology projects, and continuous product improvement.
• Review the product lifecycle from concept and prototyping through serial production.
• Maintain validation documentation, technical specifications, M-specifications, and part-number records.
• Implement and verify customer requirements in internal cable testing procedures and plan actions to reduce risks.
• Coordinate with development, production, purchasing, and other departments while providing technical support to production plants.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Electrical, Chemistry, Material Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of data systems, cables, connections, and EMC shielding.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Experience with Microsoft software.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• International travel capability and a category B driving licence are preferred.
