Field Engineer – Safety and Non-Safety Inspections (Electrical and Electronics)

Location: Poland; field inspections and extensive travel to customer facilities throughout Tunisia are required.

Salary: 101,600–135,400 PLN with a target annual bonus of 5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Conduct safety and non-safety inspections and audits at electrical and electronics manufacturing facilities.
• Verify that certified products, components, materials, labels, and markings comply with applicable requirements.
• Review production records, quality documentation, traceability programs, and previous inspection findings.
• Evaluate test-equipment calibration and witness factory testing when required.
• Prepare inspection reports and document non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Manage inspection schedules independently, advise customers, and collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, higher degree, or technical diploma in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, electrical technology, electronics technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in auditing, inspection, compliance, product testing, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of electrical or electronic products, components, manufacturing processes, or quality systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a field-based schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
