Offshore Service Technician - Electrical (m/f/d)

Location: Poland, Pomorskie, Gdansk; travelling role supporting offshore wind farms, with technicians able to live anywhere in Poland and work a 50/50 rotation such as 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or 4 weeks on/4 weeks off.

What you will do

• Lead small technician teams during offshore wind turbine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide active safety leadership and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Execute work packages in line with EHS, quality, service, customer, and contractual requirements.
• Perform remote diagnosis of wind turbine faults and support technical supervision of critical tasks.
• Coordinate service schedules with planners, coordinators, stores operators, and site teams.
• Support technician welfare and escalate issues involving PPE, transportation, and equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum MT level in the Siemens Wind Turbine Competence Framework or a formal electrical background and education.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proactive approach to health and safety for personal and team activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driving licence and ability to pass an offshore medical examination.
