Registered Nurse, RN - Hematology/Oncology

Location: Tufts Medical Center, United States; onsite clinical work on the North 8 hematology/oncology unit.

Pay range: $43.01–$70.95 per hour, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
• Care for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, sickle cell disease, solid tumors, immune disorders, and other hematologic malignancies.
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and infusional therapies related to inpatient clinical trials.
• Support allogeneic bone marrow transplants, CAR-T therapy, umbilical cord blood transplants, matched unrelated donor transplants, haploidentical donor transplants, and autologous stem cell transplants.
• Advocate for patients and families while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Ability to provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Rotating shifts, 36 hours per week.
