Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

Compensation: 95–110k USD per year

What you will do

• Review quarterly investor financial reporting, US GAAP financial statements, fund reporting, and investment performance metrics.
• Review NAV packages and working papers prepared by external fund administrators for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage fund capital activity, liquidity, forecasting, and significant transaction reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate external service providers, auditors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate and timely reporting.
• Analyze complex accounting treatments and legal structures affecting fund flows and consolidation.
• Lead people management and development while implementing AI-enabled process improvements and supporting special projects.

Requirements

• University degree in business or accounting.
• Professional accounting designation such as CPA or CA.
• 3+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in private funds, investment management, and complex ownership structures is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and people-management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience, with the ability to use AI and emerging technologies in finance and reporting.
