Machine Operator III (Manufacturing)

Location: Hartland, Wisconsin, United States; 1st shift, onsite manufacturing role.

Salary: $21.25–$30.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, set up, shut down, clean, and change over production machinery.
• Adjust machine parameters, document equipment attributes, report malfunctions, and perform minor maintenance.
• Work with maintenance and engineering on equipment functionality and root cause analysis.
• Lead, coach, and train operators while coordinating workflow and transferring technical information.
• Inspect products, optimize throughput, and maintain GMP and quality standards.
• Operate automated boxing lines, handle materials, complete production reports, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience providing direction to a production line.
• Ability to read charts, indicators, control instructions, and operator checklists.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift, perform physical production tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, work in warm and cold environments, and operate a pallet jack.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
