Demand Planner - THG Labs

What you will do

• Develop demand forecasts across multiple aggregation levels and time horizons for a portfolio of customers.
• Lead customer planning discussions and identify demand forecast drivers.
• Review historical sales, research demand drivers, build statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Prepare demand dashboards covering revenue and KPI performance for the monthly S&OP process.
• Support product launches, product phase-outs, forecast reporting, and monitoring of forecast error.
• Maintain demand planning software and accurate product hierarchy data while collaborating with sales, product, finance, and other teams.

Requirements

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with forecasting, planning, or ERP systems.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple functions.
• Logical, proactive problem-solving approach and interest in using AI and technology to improve processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
• Exposure to S&OP processes and forecasting methodologies.
• Experience with KPI reporting and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
