Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Onsite warehouse role covering evening and weekend shifts.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through regular one-to-ones and performance discussions.
- Monitor shift delivery against operational plans and drive performance against key warehouse metrics.
- Ensure customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
- Maintain high site safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, safety walks, risk assessments, and audits.
- Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and create action plans when daily or weekly targets are missed.
- Support strategic initiatives, culture change, employee engagement, and turnover reduction with the wider Warehouse Leadership team.
Requirements
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong potential in people and change management.
- Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
- Resilience, flexibility, approachability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
- Ability to work onsite in Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK, including evening and weekend shifts.
