What you will do

• Drive the evolution of the Procurement Innovation Portfolio and AI Forge ecosystem.
• Design and continuously improve the Digital Transformation Office operating model, including governance, roles, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Build an ecosystem of implementation partners, technology providers, universities, startups, and strategic collaborators.
• Create transparency across products, investments, resources, dependencies, adoption, business value, and portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities to scale AI Forge capabilities beyond Procurement across hirify.global.
• Support communication and adoption of AI Forge with leadership, stakeholders, customers, and external partners.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in transformation management, operating model development, business process improvement, portfolio management, or digitalization.
• Expertise in governance frameworks, operating models, business cases, KPI management, value tracking, and reporting.
• Strategic, analytical, pragmatic, and hands-on approach with the ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, digital, and external partner organizations.
• Excellent English and German communication skills.
