What you will do

• Transform processes by identifying and integrating the right AI tools into workflows for campaign ideation, creation, and analysis.
• Drive AI transformation across online shops and sales platforms, ensuring relevant organizations are aligned.
• Advise on using AI to improve personalization and effectiveness of campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Lead requirements engineering for internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements for development teams.
• Prototype AI-based processes hands-on using internal/external tools and natural language coding to validate concepts and requirements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or development with a clear focus on AI implementation.
• Hands-on builder mindset: comfort with “vibe coding”, rapid prototyping, and deep exploration of AI tools.
• Ability to explain complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues.
• Strong capability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• German or other European languages are a plus.
