Manager, Product Owner (AI)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for one or more digital lending products.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into prioritized product decisions, measurable outcomes, KPIs, and experiments.
• Embed machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation into products to improve personalization, customer experience, and decisioning.
• Apply AI-powered tools to discovery, requirements drafting, prototyping, user-research synthesis, competitive analysis, and analytics.
• Lead delivery with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders across agile ceremonies, testing, and launch.
• Establish responsible AI guardrails, evaluate model quality and bias, manage delivery risks, and provide executive-ready product updates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management or product development experience with a record of delivering products to market.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ownership of product vision, roadmap, backlog, delivered value, and outcomes.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools, including generative AI, ML-driven features, AI-assisted discovery, prototyping, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of product development, agile methodologies, backlog management, user-story writing, user-centered design, metrics, and experimentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills, including experience with responsible and ethical AI practices.

Nice to have

• Product owner or agile certification such as CSPO or PSPO.
