Operations Laboratory Systems Specialist (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Lead projects for the implementation and modification of laboratory systems.
• Support system qualification, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, validation, and compliance.
• Supervise contractors and external service providers, including schedules, resources, and costs.
• Provide technical guidance to end users and troubleshoot system issues with manufacturers and application providers.
• Maintain data integrity, audit trails, authorizations, permissions, and backup processes.
• Manage Change Requests and CAPAs, contribute to system standardization, and support EHS activities, risk assessments, and investigations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in QC systems, OT, IT, laboratory systems, or a related area.
• Working knowledge of OT/IT, preferably in QC systems and OT environments.
• Experience with laboratory and QC systems, data integrity, CFR 21 Part 11, system administration, troubleshooting, validation, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with Laboratory/Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Native-level Spanish is required. Business-fluent English is preferred.
